Detailed description is I am the Founder of Bergen County NJ Lost and Found Pets and an Admin for Passaic County Lost and Found Pets. . . Cageless, stress free boarding!!! Hi, welcome to Scoopy Doo Pet sitters! I have been an animal lover my entire life and decided its time do something I love on a daily basis. . . I have been caring for animals since a child. My father raised show dogs and hunting dogs and I dont remember a time when we had less then 2 dogs in our home. My fondest childhood memories were the long walks my father and I took in the woods with our dogs. I would teach them tricks, pretend I was in a show ring posing them and just spending as much time as I could cuddling with them. . . I also had a tendency to save every hurt animal from snakes, moles, birds, raccoons and even a pet squirell I named grunt. Ive had mice, hamsters, ferrets, ducks, chickens, 2 parrots, a python, cats, dogs and horses. I cant forget our latest addittion our turtle George. . . I have an amazing 9 year old son...an animal lover like myself. Im sure like most parents when your child asks "can we keep him....Pleasssse"....most of you say no. Well I cant look at an animal with those innocent eyes and ever turn my back. So needless to say I have a little zoo. . . I started rescuing dogs awhile back. I would hear of someone bringing their dog to an animal shelter because they could no longer care for them or take them when moving or maybe an aggression issue. I couldnt bare the thought and would take them, love them and care for them until I found the perfect loving forever home. My favorite that stole my heart was a dog named Angel (I did name her)...she was a beautiful Lab mix that was starved, flea ridden, bald and tied to a tree during hurricane sandy. Her collar was imbedded in her neck. I kept her for months loving her and helping her heal mentally and physically. I had quite a few people who came to look at her and wanted her. No one seemed like the right fit...then a wonderful young woman came along and the second I saw them together I knew I had a perfect match. Angel is home, loved unconditionally, spoiled and will never be hurt again. Endings like this...or should I say new beginings make my life brighter. . . When I tell you your pet is safe and loved in my care....I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I just want to do what I love.. . I have excellent references and my clients will tell you I go beyond what im asked to do. . .
