SIU Y&A kicked off in the summer of 2016 with a fun kid’s camp to help the kiddos develop some speed, agility and proper form for strength training.
The response was amazing and the kids loved it! From there we launched into helping Volleyball player JUMP higher (Jump training), we helped some brothers add some muscle (Strength training) and coordination, we had some kids twist into pretzels with yoga (Yoga Classes) and then we had the youngest of the young asking mom where she goes every morning and if they can have an SIU shirt too……so here we are…..Shape It Up Fitness Youth & Athletes- ready to help your kid Shape It Up!!!! .
