Detailed description is The SIRS Club is a local Radio Control Flying Field located in McLean, IL. near Funks Grove Nature Preserve. 2013 is the first season at the new field. Club meetings are usually held on the second Saturday of each month at 7:00 pm. If you are interested in joining please consider attending a club meeting. Additional information about joining the SIRS Club can be found on the SIRS web site.. . Guests are always welcome at the field and the club meetings. Any club member will be glad to answer questions about flying radio control models. Pilots are more likely to be flying on evenings and weekends during nice weather days. When visiting the SIRS Club please remain on the gravel and concrete portions of the field. Leave the grassy areas for the pilots, their planes, and flight operations.. .
