I am a certified specialist in sports conditioning and functional training through the American Council on Exercise and working in the field for 3 years. I have also completed courses in orthopedic exercise and non-diet weight management.. My specialty lies in designing training programs based on personal needs as well as instructing a variety of group classes. I excel in sport specific conditioning and training working with high school athletes through clients in their 60’s and 70’s..
