This balance depends on the free flow of our life force energy. Ill-health is the result of being in a state of imbalance or dis-ease. A body ill at ease. There are many natural therapies, holistic remedies and activities you can choose to assist your body and mind to achieve balance (homeostasis) .. We use Affirmatons to assist us with achieving that balance. Affirmations are any thought we think or statement we make , repetitively whether positive or negative about a desire or intention. When affirmations are used over and over again ,the thoughts and the words you speak eventually become a belief and once that happens your desire/intention will manifest. A successful affirmation is based on a feeling( which comes from your heart) as if the outcome has already happened. We call this affirmative prayer . .
