Detailed description is Substance Abuse Program that provides services to help Native American adults and adolescents beat their addiction. Services provided by the Staying Together Project:. -Modified Intensive Out- Patient Substance Abuse Treatment ( in group therapy settings). -Adults- Tues. and Thurs. from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. -Adolescents- Thurs. from 4pm to 7pm . -Individual Therapy- by appointment only. -Family Therapy- by appointment only. - Urinalysis scans. -Culturally Appropriate drug and alcohol assessments- by appointment only. - Attend court dates for and with clients. - Provide referrals for In- Patient Services. - Client Advocacy.
