In 2015, I stepped on the scale and saw the highest number in my life - 241 pounds. The only thing I could think was that 250 was not too far away. This realization started my journey to find what healthy and happy really mean for me and for my family. Knowing that I had tried everything (Weight Watchers, diet pills, counting calories, etc), I struggled to find a solution. In the fall of 2016, I enrolled in a Health Coaching program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I knew that if I could learn how to help other people become healthy, I surely can do it for myself! It is the best decision I have ever made! I am on my way to becoming the best version of myself and helping others do the same.. . At Stephanie Zimmerman Wellness, I help individuals and families find the happy and healthy versions of themselves by taking the focus off the numbers on the scale and concentrating on feeling comfortable in the body they have been blessed with.
