Detailed description is The Steuben Regional Technical Rescue Task Force was organized as an offshoot of the Bath Fire Department Technical Rescue Team in 2011 following the receipt of grants from the NYS Homeland Security. The Team is currently made up with members from Bath, Bath VA, Coopers Plains, North & South Corning Fire Departments and Steuben County Emergency Services.. The team provides Trench Rescue, Building Collapse, Swift Water Rescue, Confined Space and Rope Rescue.
