Located in the heart of the Chehalem Mountain AVA, its soils are rich in Laurelwood and Jory soils, producing lush, seductive and complex fruit. . . Sufi Cellars is a small boutique winery, producing the highest quality pinot noir. Very limited number of cases produced (less than 120 cases). Vintages from 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 now available. . . Earliest evidence of winemaking dates back to ancient Persia circa 5400 B.C. The Sufi name pays homage to this history. Sufis are an order of Persian mystics in search of inner peace. Having given up their earthly desires, they often compare their love for a higher divinity to that of drinking wine.
