He has a master's degree in business from UNLV and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He has served as a delegate for the NDA and is passionate about providing great dental care. He met his wife Dr. Rachelle in dental school and they now have 5 children together. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.. . Dr. Rachelle Neil graduated from Roy High School and attended Weber State University for her undergraduate studies. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. She has served as past presidents for both the Weber State Pre-Dental Society and Psi-Omega dental organizations. She met her husband Dr. Scott during dental school and they now have 5 children together. She is a committed mother and has a passion for dental care.
