Detailed description is I'm an on-location, lifestyle photographer that specializes in special needs photography. My job is to capture the moment, not just the diagnosis. I'm Becca Burton and I began my journey in pictures in the summer of 2010 with a borrowed Nikon and friends in need of artistic family photos. After seeing the images, I knew this is what I always wanted to do. . . I'm an on location, natural light, lifestyle photographer, which basically means that I want to tell your story in a place that is most comfortable for you. I studied Fine Arts at Pittsburg State University and I believe that my art background allows me to see beyond the everyday portrait, to tell the story that lies beneath. . . I'm also a mother to three beautiful children, two of which are on the spectrum. I understand the the special challenge of capturing the child and not the disability. . . I consider myself a full-service photographer and currently, my services include family, children, engagement, boudoir, special events, maternity and senior portraiture. I also do a limited number of weddings and births per year. (Discounts will be offered for those participating in a home birth or c-section, in order to expand my portfolio.). .
