Detailed description is Sunset Shores Resort provides a pleasant and relaxing setting on the northeast shore of Burt Lake. Off season rates are in effect from August 22nd through June 26th. Off season rates have a three night minimum. . . Summer rates are from June 26th through August 21st. Rentals run from Saturday @ 3 PM through Saturday @ 10 AM only!. . A 25 % security deposit of the total rental is required to secure reservation.. . The full rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival and is NOT refundable after that period! Unless that cottage can be re-rented.. . Your security deposit will be completely refunded if the all of the following conditions are met: . . •Nothing is missing or damaged.. . •Rental is left in good condition. A minimum of $25.00 will be charged if kitchen is not clean.. . Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, picnic table, BBQ, and lawn furniture. .
