Breathe Bookstore Cafe closed at the end of 2015 after 10 amazing years! Thank you so much for all of your support, great reviews and many many special moments over the years.. . Proprietress Susan Weis-Bohlen opened breathe books in October 2004 and closed the shop and cafe on December 31, 2015 to concentrate on her Ayurvedic practice and Vegetarian cooking school. Susan is a Chopra Center Certified teacher of Ayurveda and meditation and offers workshops, cooking classes and individual consults. You can see more at www.breatheayurveda.com.. Susan Weis-Bohlen, from Baltimore, Maryland, is a Chopra Center Certified teacher and Ayurvedic Consultant. Susan is also certified in Ayurvedic cooking from Amadea Morningstar. She is a member of NAMA and served on the conference committee in 2016. As an instructor with the University of Maryland Medical School, Center for Integrative Medicine, she teaches fourth year medical students about Ayurveda and how to use food as medicine. And as meditation teacher, Susan leads several sanghas in the Baltimore area.
