I so understand the severity of allergies and that at times they can be life threatening so I must inform you that I do use products such as chocolate, flour, dairy and nuts etc. i do not have a dedicated allergy free kitchen. If you have sever allergies I would recommend contacting a specialty baker as i do not want to be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur so please make sure you inform your guests of these things. . I reserve the right to use creative licensing where i see necessary in order to maintain the quality of my product and design.. A 25% non refundable deposit is due 1week prior to the event.In the event of cancellation this money is forfeited and can not be used towards future purchases.The balance is due at the time of pick up or delivery no exceptions.72 hrs are required for any changes to the cake cupcake or cake pop order .. upon picking up cake you are not 100% satisfied you are not obligated to take the cake or pay the remainder of the balance owed. Once the cake is picked up it is deemed accepted and refunds requested due to color shade,or general decorations will not be honored I am not responsible for the cake once it has been picked up nor am I responsible for damage once your cake has been delivered or set up at your venue.. Please understand I can not control changes in texture or changes to color or shape due to weather conditions.. I reserve the right to use any and all photographs of my cakes for display or promotion without compensation to you..
