Detailed description is Sweet Pea Designs provides hand made and unique crochet accessories for both adults and children. I am a full-time wife, mother-of-two and work in health care. As if my life wasn’t busy enough, I also enjoy my full-time hobby -- crafting.. . After the birth of my daughter in July 2012 my creative side flourished. Being my first born, and a little girl at that, I couldn’t wait to dress her up and show her off! I love to crochet and began creating snuggly toques and booties to keep her cozy for the upcoming winter. Crochet items turned into hair accessories as the warmer months came along thus explaining the hair clips and headbands you’ll see on my site. . . In June 2014 my son was born and I was stumped. After using my daughter as inspiration for so long I didn’t know where to start with little boy items! . . Needless to say, I have truly enjoyed expanding my repertoire to include more ‘boyish’ accessories and have even began experimenting with adult crochet accessories as well.. . My children fuel the passion and creativity that goes into the items I put together and will continue to bring about bright new ideas for different items, materials, styles and colors -- stay tuned!.
