As a one time jockey pursuing a life of an artist, Switching Sticks has both a literal and figurative relevance to me. I’ve traded my jockey whip for a paintbrush while keeping focused and accelerating towards my goal of capturing the essence and energy of the horse and the people who devote their lives to caring for and working with this magnificent animal.
