Tagisan ng Talino at Talento is the most awaited among the many projects of the UP Organization of Novo Ecijanos (UP ONE).
For a decade, it has continued to become the banner project of the organization..

An interschool competition for high school students, the competition started off as Tagisan ng Talino at Talento in 2001 with three categories: Quiz Bee, Essay Writing Contest and On-the-Spot Poster Making Competition.
In 2008, the organization decided to upgrade UP ONE's original Tagisan ng Talino to T3: Tagisan ng Talino at Talento.
New categories were added to the event such as UP ONE Awitan, Speech Competition and Adventure Trail.
Two years later, the excitement and the prestige were heightened as the overall champion received a revolving trophy.
The defending champion has to keep their title for three consecutive ears to officially earn the right to claim and keep the trophy..

It gets even more exciting and challenging as the winning high school students in selected categories will have the privilege to represent Nueva Ecija in the much-awaited PATALASANLAHI.
PATALASANLAHI is an academic competition organized by UP Sanlahi, an umbrella organization of provincial and regional organizations in UP Diliman of which UP ONE is a member organization.
The said event will be held at the University of the Philippines Diliman, tentatively set on the last week of February 2011.
The participating high schools will be informed of the date as soon as the final schedule is announced by UP Sanlahi..
