The T'Beaux's concept was originally started by Kelly's father, Tommy "T-Beaux" Ray in Vicksburg, MS. T'Beaux's Crawfish & Catering, Inc. was established in 1992 from a catering trailer located on Hwy 61 and is still operating today. . . Clintonians received their first taste of T'Beaux's unique Cajun eats from a catering trailer that Kelly operated in a parking lot on Hwy 80.
