Detailed description is Transforming Education and Schools for English Learners (TESEL). The TESEL Program is a partnership between Fitchburg State University and the Collaborative for Education Services (CES) funded by a grant from the Office of Language Acquisition, U.S. Department of Education. The goal of the TESEL grant is to improve instruction for students with limited English proficiency by increasing the number of ESL licensed teachers, therefore increasing teacher preparedness to provide effective instruction to English learners in all content areas.
