This program is open to Teach For America (TFA) Alumni who have completed their two-year teaching commitment, or will complete their teaching commitment by May 2018. . . Each year, the TFA Graduate Fellows program will hand-select cohort of 10 Scholars that will regularly convene to share experiences in a collaborative, think tank like environment, allowing Fellows to develop goals and accountability partnerships. . Through the Social Entrepreneurship Project, each Fellow will address the obstacles that are holding Mississippi back from progressing forward and confront the issue in a ground-breaking approach, fostering impactful social innovation that can lead to creating the future they envision for Mississippi, their community, and themselves. Support Stipend provided to participants who engage in their projects and pursue their graduate degrees while/if employed outside of the program for fewer than 30 hours per week.. . Along with the Social Entrepreneurship project, TFA Fellows receive a Full-tuition Graduate School Scholarship to Delta State University for up to two years, 4 semesters (Fall/Spring), of full-time enrollment.
