New Legacy is the perfect place to call home! Nestled on 12 acres of beautifully landscaped property we offer our residents a peaceful and serene setting.
Our convenient location is close to retail stores, supermarkets, banks and gas stations, as well as, many other places you may wish to visit.
Beaver Lake Nature Center is only a couple of miles down the road and is a wonderful place to canoe, kayak, walk the mulched paths around the lake or picnic on the lawn.

Each of our luxurious apartments is approximately 1,000 square feet, with wall-to-wall Berber carpeting in the living room, dining room and bedrooms.
Our kitchens feature granite counter tops, energy star appliances, garbage disposal, lots of cabinetry and full-size appliances.
Our large bathrooms feature a granite countertop vanity, a large linen closet and ceiling vent fan.
You also have zoned heating that you control for your bathroom, living and dining rooms and both bedrooms.
