Small Engine Repair Shop/Parts Sales turns into Wood working and Gift Shop in 2010. Larry still sells small engine parts but now retired from the Small engine repair business. . . His love of woodworking started by accident in 2010, when a friend asked when they would be starting a wood turning club. Larry thought it would be a great idea and turned to the Peterborough wood turning club for assistance. Some members came down to demonstrate and teach Larry how to have a Wood turning club in Havelock Ontario. . . He started experimenting with different types of techniques on a variety of woods from Pine to Maple Burl and the journey began. . . He now owns with his wife "The Bowl Shed" in Havelock. His wife Sherry Hubble is the Vice President/CEO in charge of Sales and Marketing. While he spends his time in his shop developing different styles of bowls, plates and interesting designs using a wide variety of elements making his wood pieces one of a kind.. .
