Charming beach cottage w/ 2 Master Suites, 3BR, and 3 Full baths located on the south side of Coastal Hwy, in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
Just a short, 7 minute car ride or 15 minute bike ride to downtown ...Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk or short 5 - minute walk to the Tanger Outlets.
The 3,100 sq ft., cottage features a pool and comfortable living and dining room areas.
Plenty of room for 10 people to enjoy a few nights or a week-long stay in the area.
The home also features a spacious sunroom, bar/lounge with complete sports channels, fully equipped kitchen area as well as a peaceful front porch.
