Detailed description is Local business owned by Matt/Ruth mcdonald specialize in growing organic micro greens, sprouts, micro herbs and shoots. Myself (Matt |McDonald) and my wife ( Ruth McDonald) who are both chefs in St. John's have set up shop and are starting to grow micro greens, micro herbs, sprouts and shoots. We use all organic product and grow in a hydroponic method where we use no soil, which means less mess and more yield. We have sever varities available at the moment but if there is something you have in mind don't hesitate to ask and if we can we will certainly help you out.
