Detailed description is The Cafe' was established in 1930. It was previously known as The Quality Cafe' and owned by Sam and Helen Danna. Hurricane Rita hit in 2005 and destroyed The Quality Cafe', forcing them to close and remodel the entire restaurant. It reopened in April of 2009 and is now known as just "The Cafe'", and run by Helen and her daughter, Cheri Parigi. Leo Danna, son of Helen and Sam, and his wife Pam restored the historic building in 2008 along with remodeling additional space for their salad dressing business, Salad Soulmates, Inc. They manufacture salad dressings for Jason's Delis restaurants.
