Detailed description is Specializing in artisanal, small batch made jams, marmalades, specialty breads, and pastries. I have been baking since I was old enough to help my mother make Christmas cookies. At age 17, I began working during the summers at the Greyston Bakery in the Bronx. I have continued my baking education through courses and reading and experimentation. . . I will be offering a selection of jellies, jams, cookies, breads and organic dog treats. I use only the best possible ingredients. I have no desire to go the traditional and ordinary route. My creations will be from old, often forgotten, recipes as well as long time family favorites that have not been shared. There will be unique and interesting items to choose from as well. . . Some items will be available to order for immediate shipment. Baked goods will be made to order and shipped express. . . I look forward to providing excellent service and fantastic treats.. .
