Petersburg.
We Thank you and hope to be here for another 25 years Coming to the U.S.
from Athens, Greece at age 38, I found America to be full of opportunities, even for someone who couldn’t speak more than a few words of English.
I began with my first diner, “Hot Spot Three,” on the New Jersey boardwalk just a little south of Atlantic City.
I then moved in on the bar business scoring big with a truck stop/diner in Baltimore.
That was a cash cow and a hell of a crazy life too..

Shortly after, my family and I came to St.
Petersburg and saw a beautiful city full of potential.
I saw this building and had a vision of completing my dream here as a successful restaurant entrepreneur.
With a completely custom and original design and floor-plan, I present to you something that I’ve never before seen in my entire life of 71 years with 32 years of business as a restaurant/bar owner .
