Detailed description is We board horses, train animals and have farm fresh poultry. We give horse back riding lessons, animal training lessons and host animal birthday parties. My husband and I moved to Barnum, Minnesota to fulfill our dream and open The Drake Farm and Stables. My husband works in health care while I have been a zookeeper for the past decade and the Animal Training Coordinator for the Lake Superior Zoo. Animal care and training has been my passion my entire life. I grew up with numerous species and went on to earn a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota in Animal Science, with an emphasis in animal nutrition. We now care for meat and egg laying poultry along with our own menagerie of companion animals. We hope to provide you and your horse a fun and stimulating place to ride with 40 acres of trails while also giving individualized care for your equine.. . Monthly Pasture Board: $150/horse (includes hay). . Monthly Horse Training: $300/horse. . Half Hour Horse Lesson: $30. . Hour Long Horse Lesson: $50. .
