Detailed description is Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. The Lazy J is a horse boarding facility built in Oct. 2010 located outside beautiful Manhattan, Kansas. Board at the Lazy J Ranch includes: a 12' x 10' boxed stall with a 40' horse safe pipe run, brome hay (15-20 lbs) fed twice a day, cleaning of stall/run, deworming on a rotational schedule and feeding of your choice of grain/supplements if needed. Runs have been updated with new footing, NO mud!! We have very happy horses!! . . There's a 150' x 250' outdoor arena, one of the largest you'll find in the area, with very soft dirt and a 50' round pen. There's farmland and gravel roads with miles to ride. The ranch is located 12 miles northeast of Manhattan with all paved roads, no gravel to drive on. Owner and manager live on sight, veteran owned. Long term boarders, references available if needed. All disciplines welcomed.
