Detailed description is The Learning Circle (TLC) is a government funded TRIO program serving 140 of Mount Ida College's undergraduate students. The Learning Circle (TLC) is a government funded TRIO program and is considered one of the best “deals” on campus. We are funded by the federal government so that we can provide free services to students who want to get the most out of college, both academically and socially. We offer individual coaching sessions and group workshops, social activities and cultural events.
