The Workout Circuit.
An 18 station workout circuit, for both men and women.
It’s user friendly, appropriate for all ages from young adults to geriatrics, and can be completed in around 30 minutes.
The circuit is made up of nine hydraulic resistance machines that automatically adjust to your speed and force, and nine aerobic/recovery stations.
Cue tapes tell participants to move every thirty to forty-five seconds.
By the end of the workout participants have maintained their target heart rate, performed a minimum of three sets of strength training exercises on every major muscle group, and burned approximately 700 calories! .

Treadmills, recumbent bike, elliptical machines, and a tread climber are available..

Each membership registration includes a key card/code, physical analysis, and orientation to the facility.
