Our services are held as follows; Wednesdays 6:30pm, Prayer Service. Sunday; Sunday School 9:45am, Morning Service 11:00 am. . . . Around 1908, a group of Christian believers banded together for a common cause. The Cause, it is said, became a reality in 1911. There had been erected a house called Oak Grove Baptist Church. It was situated on the Church Street, Bismark, Oklahoma. S.S.Love, a leading spirit hailed from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. "Brother Love" was a senior deacon. Love along with another deacon from the Methodist Church, by the name of Albert Warren came to an agreement. After much debate an oral agreement was reached between the two. . . They agree to build one building for the two churches. The Baptist would use the church on the first and third Sundays, and fifth Sundays as well. The Methodist would use the building on the second and fourth Sundays. .
