Our home is new, sleeps 10, over 3000 sqft.
and great for families or friends.
The Otter House is a NEW build home that is the perfect blend of that cozy adirondack experience, with modern touches.
It is decorated with a rustic modern style.
The home's town location is convenient and walking distance to shopping and the olympic center.
But, its uniqueness lies in the quiet secluded location right on the water, with beautiful water and mountain views.
The town proximity with a quiet, waterfront location is a rare combination in Lake Placid! You can have it all at our house!.

The home is over 3000sqft with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and an additional guest and entertainment suite in the lower level.
The open concept, great room is perfect for those family gatherings and for spending time together.
There are beautiful hardwood floors and wood trim throughout, a gas fireplace in the living room and granite counters in the kitchen.

The second floor of the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with a knotty pine sleeping porch for enjoying the view or additional sleeping.
Also, the open suite in the lower level has a 70" screen TV, game room and guest suite with sleeping for 4 along with its own private full bath.
