Detailed description is Our goal is to bring high quality, tastefull foods to you at an affordable price. My name is Geri Schindler, I have worked in a cafe for over 5 years. I love the business and the people, it has always been a dream of mine to own a cafe. I now have the chance and I am going for it. . . I worked for Northern Rockies Cafe for 2 yrs, then it changed it's name to Coffee and Crumbs, I worked there for 1 yr. All while being in Highschool.. . After I finished highschool, I moved to Edmonton, where I went NAIT for my Certificate in Baking! I also recieved my Food Safe Level 1, First Aid as well. While studing at NAIT, I worked for a little corner cafe, in St. Albert called La' Creme.. . After college, I moved back to Fort Nelson, and I worked for Weir Full Of Beans, for 4 months. I then worked for Gourmet Girl when they were at the Northern Lights College. Skip 2 years later and I will be owning my own cafe.. . We will be opening our doors on April 2016. I hope to see you there.
