Detailed description is The Ritz Sauna & Showers is unique among the world's public bath houses - set in a wooded area at the Oregon Country Fair. The Ritz Sauna & Showers has been an important part of the Oregon Country Fair since 1976. This unique, enclosed, open air, 12,000 square foot facility is in a wooded setting about 400 feet north of the OCF's Main Stage. The Ritz facilities include two wood fired dry saunas, 70 showers (10 of which are private), two private tub rooms, two drying fires, valuables check and a concession for soap, towels, etc. Additionally the Ritz is often viewed as an ongoing art project with numerous works both inside the Booth and in the park-like setting adjacent to the Sauna. We are open to the public when the fair is open to the public, and to the fair family 24/7 from Thursday (July 10) at 6 p.m. through 3 p.m. on Monday (July 14).
