The concept for our name was inspiration from a grandfather, who passed two years ago, who had a passion for wooden duck collecting. When looking at the ducks he would describe how they were carved and shaved from wood before being painted. Our food is Modern American and features craft cocktails including signature Manhattans; a favorite of our grandfather and also the drink of the evening when we brainstormed to come up with a name.
