Detailed description is SASA is a non-profit organization which organizes fun events, cultural festivals and tries to create a feeling of a home away from home. Welcome to the official facebook page of the South Asian Student Association (SASA) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Today, with a strength of more than 150 students, SASA is one of the largest and most active student organizations on campus. Everyone who is a part of the WPI community is welcome to be a member of this organization. . . SASA is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to create an awareness of South Asia's rich and varied heritage at WPI, and to lend a helping hand to the incoming South Asian students in getting oriented to WPI and to the SASA community. We also organize fun events and cultural festivals, and try to create a feeling of a 'home away from home'. . . So come, be a part of this large family that celebrates the confluence of cultures!
