After training in Australia 6 years ago, I came back to the UK, and worked at a local private health club teaching both children and adults to swim, or just to improve their technique. In October 2014, I set my own endless pool up at Stoneleigh Park, and am loving seeing such amazing results from my pupils. The pool has an adjustable current in it to swim against (or to run against if you use the treadmill) Coaching is available for: . Beginners of all ages • Adults and Children • Triathletes and Open Water Swimmers. Recreational and Rehabilitation • Water Phobics. . The Swimspace is a calm,clean, quiet environment to enhance learning. . Individual or group lessons available for both adults and children (max 3 children to a group). I teach the Total Immersion method.....Total Immersion helps by essentially breaking the strokes down and teaching you from the ground, one movement at a time. This way you can develop the correct building blocks required to swim a comfortable and controlled stroke. Once you master one position without sinking it makes sense that you can move on and try another. Adults can have video analysis done, and follow up online support from myself.. Also available for use is a treadmill in the water; this is a great low impact way to get fit, or for rehabilitation use following an injury. Recommended by physios. .
