The road on which we sit was a major thoroughfare throughout the middle ages. The restoration will return the building to its former glory but with a modern twist, combining the best of old and new. . . The original idea was to open a business where all of the owners would like to go on their days off and spend quality time with friends and family.. . We like the idea of bringing conversation back to the dining table and what better way to do it than sharing food and drink?. . The aim is to provide a casual and informal space but with no compromise on the quality of the food, a place where everybody should feel comfortable. . .
