Detailed description is The Woodshed Restaurant and Lounge will be closing beginning March 6, 2017 while we, the current owners, seek to identify new owners for the business. The grocery store will continue to be open and to serve the community. TO MEMBERS OF THE WOODSHED AT EAGLE ROCK RESORT COMMUNITY. . It is with a good deal of sadness that we announce that the Woodshed Restaurant and Lounge will be closing beginning March 6, 2017 while we, the current owners, seek to identify new owners for the business. The grocery store will continue to be open and to serve the community on the published schedule during this process of seeking new owners.. . We, as the current owners, have reached a point in our lives where we are called to devote our energies to other priorities. We celebrate the memories of our time spent creating the business as it presently exists. We have formed lasting relationships from among members of the community who have participated with us in that process. It is our hope that we are able to find new owners who can carry on the creative work we have begun such that the Resort and Restaurant/Lounge continues to grow and develop into the unique destination serving the Yakima community which is its potential. We will support the new owners in that effort in any way we can.. . We want to thank all the members of the community that have been our loyal customer since we opened the business in the remodeled facilities in 2009. We wish to thank the many vendors and suppliers who have supported us in the business. We especially wish to thank the many members of our staff, both past and present, who have contributed their skills and gifts to make the Woodshed Restaurant a recognized destination for excellent food and service.
