We butcher it to your specification, & wrap it. The packages are made to the size you want them. If you are not sure about a cut or wrapping, we are glad to help, and make suggestions. We also do smoking, in our own, on site smoke house. . If you do not have your own animals, but still want a free range, steroid, and hormone free animal, we can help. You can purchase beef, or pigs from us.. We also cut deer. For deer, you are required to have a deer tag.
