For food conscience families, Tilting Hog Farms, in Hillsboro Oregon, is currently the only non-profit farm that delivers naturally raised pork, poultry, and produce products to our local community. You can feel good about your food purchases with us. Your membership creates jobs, helps more evenly distribute nutritious food, and creates sustainable school food programs, in YOUR local community.
