Detailed description is "We Serve" The Town of Wheatfield, NY, Lions Club belongs to the world's largest service organization, Lions Club International with over 45, 000 clubs and a membership of 1.3 million in 208 counties and territories.

Our club was chartered in 1973 in District 20 N, which currently supervises 50 Lions Clubs in western New York.
The Wheatfield club has the ONLY clubhouse among the 50 other groups.
It showcases a dinning room/meeting area, full service kitchen, bathrooms, pavilion, gazebo, and largest loan closet (Medical Assistance Apparatuses) east of Syracuse, NY.
These are loaned free to people in need.

The clubhouse and grounds are available to all Lions Clubs in the region and for rent to individuals and groups for birthday parties, graduations, weddings, receptions, fundraisers, family reunions, and other special occasions.
We also sport 17 acres of land, part of which is the extensive Five Senses Park which has been specifically designed with plantings of herbs and other items for the sight-impaired.

Our Annual Pancake Breakfast, Annual Blind Seal Drive, and the annual Meat Raffle support this and many other groups which help people with blind, hearing, and disability problems.
Our motto is "We Serve", and all fundraising proceeds are directed to benefit agencies that provide this humanitarian relief..

We are also celebrating our 100 anniversary this year! (1917-2017).
