My name is Tracy, and I moved to the Southern Pines Area in 2016, after I retired, to be closer to my Son who is stationed at Ft. Bragg, and my future Daughter-in-law who is a RN at First Health in Pinehurst. I worked with Nikki Bowman, the owner of Realty World in Southern Pines to find my home. Now I am working for Nikki to help people sell or find their new home in our beautiful community.. . My Son and his fiancee have shown me so much of the local area, introducing me to the local business owners, and all of the fun and interesting events that make this community so special!
