Detailed description is Registered adult Boy Scout of America Volunteers who guide horseback trail rides and drive horse-drawn hayrides at Beaumont Scout Reservation. Registered adult volunteers who are interested in teaching basic horsemanship, leading and guiding trail rides, and/or driving horse-drawn hayrides. Each guide must complete a certification training course about basic horsemanship and trail ride safety. Guides must participate in at least one workday per year. Those guides who put in 100 hours or more are recognized with a Silver Spur at the annual camping dinner/meeting.
