Detailed description is If it ain't Tuff's it ain't good enough! September 2008 we were faced with one of the biggest test’s of faith we could have ever imagined! We were expecting our first child & during a routine prenatal checkup we were told that there was a problem with the pregnancy and that our child had small chances of survival. We started praying! On October 2nd 2008 our son was delivered by emergency C-section weighing 1lb & 1oz, born three months early our journey had just began!. . . . . It was over the next 118 days that our son spent in the NICU that “Tuff’s Sauces and Spices” came to life as a business. Having a sick baby in the hospital and making numerous trips back and forth we had to find a way to help make ends meet. We took the love our friends and family had for my Husband's homemade sauces and bottled it up to sale. The name "Tuff's" was put on the sauce because that is how everyone referred to our Son when asking about him. His nickname quickly became "Tuff" and since he was our inspiration it was only fitting to name it all after him. Before we knew it our child & our business were both growing like crazy! In the years to come Tuff's has won several 1st place ribbons at both local and state competition! We are grateful for all the support from our family & our friends, we are truly blessed!. .
