All tutus consist of four layers of tulle with a choice of up to four colors! Message me and we can get started! I can deliver to these select areas: Wakaw surrounding areas, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Humboldt and Melfort. I can mail anywhere else but you pay for shipping!. . Prices: (prices are based on four colours of tulle, a small bow and elastic.
