Our team of health and wellness experts provide a variety health education and wellness programs throughout the year. We focus on the topics that are most meaningful to our student body: alcohol and other drugs, nutrition, healthcare IQ, relationships and sex, physical activity, and mental wellness. . . The UHS Health Promotion Peer Health Advocate (PHA) team members are student leaders who empower fellow students to make healthy lifestyle choices. They are trained to develop, promote, and provide health and wellness related outreach such as educational workshops, tabling events, and other health promotion programs. In addition, our team members serve as positive role models by committing to live healthy lifestyles themselves.
