Detailed description is The UNCW HRA is an award winning student chapter affiliate of SHRM. HRA provides educational, developmental, and network opportunities for students. We are affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management and the Lower Cape Fear HRA chapter. Every meeting our club will invite a guest to speak about various HR subjects so that students can gain a better understanding about a career in human resources from the viewpoint of a working professional.
