We provide grants to student-led projects that have a positive environmental impact for the campus. Our average grant is about $7,000. . . If you are interested in starting your own project or helping with an existing project please let us know. We deal with sustainability in the broad sense: renewable energy, waste and recycling, gardening, food security issues, water use, sustainable irrigation, and educational awareness campaigns. . . The deadline to apply for funding for the fall semester is October 28, 2011. The application as well as information about how to apply can be found on our website.. .
